Carrie found hot yoga when she was seeking relief from chronic low back and sciatic nerve pain.  It did the trick!  With a regular practice she found amazing relief from her pain and made incredible gains in core strength, along with gaining mental focus and an enhanced ability to concentrate both on and off her mat. As her journey continued to vinyasa classes, she was amazed to find that yoga helped with symptoms of other chronic health issues and she soon expanded her practice to other types of hot yoga classes  She fell even more in love with yoga, both the physical challenges and flowing poses together, which allowed her an emotional and spiritual release she has come to cherish.  Carrie completed her 230 hour teacher training through Asheville Yoga Center in June of 2016 and immediately began seeking opportunities to teach and share her passion for yoga with others.  She is a nurturer by nature and her experiences and natural disposition have readied her to lead, teach and care for her students utilizing the transformational power of yoga.  During her free time she loves spending time with her husband, reading and hiking. Carrie is the proud mother of two adult daughters and an adult stepson.

  • Hot Fusion
  • Hot Fusion offers a fun and challenging blend of our Power Vinyasa and Hot 26 classes. This dynamic and energizing practice integrates the benefits gained from both ends of the yoga spectrum in a fun and challenging way. You will quickly see progress in stamina as this class offers the perfect balance between all things you love about both Hot 26 and Vinyasa!

  • Yoga Core
  • A fun and challenging class that combines a powerful flow with core strengthening. You will move and feel from the center of your body learning to engage the core more deeply and intentionally in all postures. A rigorous class with time spent holding poses while building strength, focus, self awareness and confidence. All levels welcome!

  • Hot 26
  • Considered the original hot yoga sequence designed with beginners in mind, Hot 26 classes consist of a series 26 postures and two breathing exercises performed in a precise order. The sequence incorporates a standing and floor series that systematically works the entire body, incorporating strength, balance and flexibility. The Hot 26 class will stimulate your mind and reshape your body. Temperatures will exceed 100F with high humidity, so come to class well hydrated and ready to sweat. Appropriate for all levels.

  • Yang/Yin
  • Yin Yoga is a complementary yoga practice to the more dynamic and invigorating yang yoga and you will get it all in this class! The first section is a challenging Power Vinyasa flow followed by an extended floor series to fully relax your body. This class offers the perfect combination of the passive and the powerful aspects of yoga. You'll feel amazing after this one!

  • Hot 26 Flow
  • A challenging twist on the traditional Hot 26 series, the class design sequences the postures in a creative way with limited rest between poses. All 26 postures are included in a 60-minute format for a hot yoga experience that is short, sweet and hard to beat. Temperatures will exceed 100F with high humidity, so come to class well hydrated and ready to sweat. Appropriate for all levels.

  • All Level Flow
  • All Level Flow is a slower, more intentional progression of postures linked together with breath. This class is great for new students to gain familiarity with Vinyasa classes, but also a solid workout for experienced practitioners. It’s a truly balanced experience of intensity and relaxation. Props and modifications are offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures. This class is the perfect place to begin and deepen your Vinyasa practice!

  • Yoga Core
