Top three things I love about teaching yoga:
- Sharing the joy/peace yoga brings with others.
- Getting to be one of the best part of peoples’ day.
- Seeing the physical progression in students, but more so, witnessing the person who never stays in savasana meditation finally lay in stillness the entire time!
Yoga teaching philosophy:
- Yoga should be accessible for all, even yoga in 100 degrees! My job is to create the space for students to meet themselves where they’re at every time they step onto their mats.
When I'm not teaching yoga...
- Traveling or planning my next trip. Strength training, loving on my four fur babies, puzzling, or hanging with the hubs.
Favorite yoga pose:
- Savasana. Every time.
One thing I can’t live without:
- My wiener pups – Steve & Mabel! And, of course, my amazing husband and daughter, Ava.
One thing on my bucket list:
- Travel to six continents – I’m halfway there! (Antarctica didn't make the cut).
