An ideal combination of the dynamic and restorative aspects of yoga. The first section (45 - 55 minutes) is a traditional vinyasa class. The remaining time is dedicated to relaxation and restoration in floor poses designed to help you decompress - body, mind, and spirit. Yoga HIIT combines the dynamic movements of High Intensity Interval Training with the mindful poses of vinyasa yoga. This class alternates between short bursts of intense movements (squats, jumping, lunges, etc.) with yoga postures that cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance.
All levels welcome. Heat is kept slightly lower than typical (96-98 degrees), with frequent fans/exhaust.

A set series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises performed in a precise order (aka Bikram Yoga). The standing and floor sections of class systematically challenge the entire body while healing the spine. This class allows you to practice stillness and notice one's self while getting an amazing physical workout.
