Yoga Teacher Training - What to Expect

Our training is designed to ensure you can maintain your family and work obligations during the life-changing process of becoming a yoga teacher. All training sessions are Friday - Sunday at Rainbow Blossom on Bardstown Road.

Bend and Zen is committed to making our teacher training an enriched experience, where students hear and learn from diverse subject-matter experts from the local yoga community and beyond.  Our curriculum surpasses the Yoga Alliance requirements for certified yoga schools, so you can hit the ground running after graduation.

Meredith Conroy, (E-RYT 500), is the lead instructor.

Meredith brings her in-depth knowledge of vinyasa yoga and her extensive experience to this training. She has over 1000 hours of training and her expertise in working with students and teacher trainees in a variety of settings brings invaluable insight to the training.

It is our belief the ancient practice of yoga creates peace within that translates to peace throughout. Your journey throughout this training program will help you spread this peace to others in a more profound way as you step into the world of teaching yoga.
