Yoga HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Yoga HIIT combines the dynamic movements of High Intensity Interval Training with the mindful poses of vinyasa yoga. This class alternates between short bursts of intense movements (squats, jumping, lunges, etc.) with yoga postures that cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance.
 
All levels welcome. Heat is kept slightly lower than typical (96-98 degrees), with frequent fans/exhaust.
