Kristin Swan instructs the following:
  • Yoga HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
  • Yoga HIIT combines the dynamic movements of High Intensity Interval Training with the mindful poses of vinyasa yoga. This class alternates between short bursts of intense movements (squats, jumping, lunges, etc.) with yoga postures that cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance.
     
    All levels welcome. Heat is kept slightly lower than typical (96-98 degrees), with frequent fans/exhaust.

    Hot Fusion combines the "flow" of our signature class (Hot Vinyasa) with longer-held poses found in Hatha yoga. This class offer a balanced experience with time spent flowing and holding poses. Each instructor brings their own flair, ensuring a unique and intelligently crafted class every single time!
