An ideal combination of the dynamic and restorative aspects of yoga. The first section (45 - 55 minutes) is a traditional vinyasa class. The remaining time is dedicated to relaxation and restoration in floor poses designed to help you decompress - body, mind, and spirit. Each instructor brings their own flair, ensuring a unique and intelligently crafted class every single time!
