The health of our students and teachers is our number one priority, which is why we have taken precautions recommended by the CDC and Jefferson County to ensure everyone’s safety.
What We’ve Always Done:
- Meticulously cleaned the lobby, studio, and locker rooms after every class.
- Routinely disinfected all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants.
- Employed professional cleaning staff weekly.
- Utilized our powerful exhaust system in the studio to completely exchange stale air with fresh air in only 8 minutes!
COVID-19 Safety Measures:
- Masks are required in the lobby, locker rooms, and into/out of the studio. Once on your mat, you may remove your mask for the class.
- Measured and marked mat placement to ensure all students are 6 feet apart.
- Capped the number of students per class at 23 to ensure appropriate social distancing.
- Verbal check-ins only.
- Modified the schedule to ensure ample time between classes to thoroughly disinfect all areas and surfaces, and eliminate lobby overlap.
- Mop the studio floor after each class with hospital-grade disinfectant.
- Temporary suspension of amenities (mats, towels, props, and frozen towels) to reduce shared contact.
How Can You Do Your Part?
- STAY HOME if you feel ill, have a fever, or have known exposure to anyone with COVID-19.
- Reserve your spot online via our website or app! If you have any issues, please email us immediately, or contact the MindBody support center.
- Bring everything you need to practice hot yoga – mat, towels (hand towel and mat towel), water bottle, and any props you utilize.
- If you need to cancel, please do so at least two hours in advance. There is a $10 late cancel/no-show fee.
Important Things to Know:
- Blocks are for sale in the retail space for $12.
- You can purchase a Lululemon mat for $78, or a Gaiam mat for $15.
- Hand towels are available for purchase for $1.
- Showers are available for use. Please bring your own shower towel and take it with you to wash it at home.
- If you are bringing a guest, please have them create a profile and sign up for the class prior to your arrival.
