- Drawing on my physical therapy background and deep understanding of biomechanics, I guide students with a focus on alignment and functional movement
- One-on-one adjustments are offered to facilitate proper positioning
- I ask students to hold postures for several breaths (often single-leg standing balance poses) to cultivate strength
- Props such as blocks, straps, and resistance bands are often incorporated

    Hot Fusion combines the "flow" of our signature class (Hot Vinyasa) with longer-held poses found in Hatha yoga. This class offer a balanced experience with time spent flowing and holding poses. Each instructor brings their own flair, ensuring a unique and intelligently crafted class every single time!
